Mulberry Canon Barnett Primary is governed by the Mulberry Schools Trust following the transfer of the school to the Trust on the 1st June 2023. It shares a Local Governing Body with Mulberry School for Girls.

Mulberry Schools Trust is a multi-academy trust based in East London with its office at Mulberry School for Girls. The Trust has a Board of 13 Trustees, who oversee the work of each school in the Trust and who lead the Local Governing Bodies for each school.
